D365 Retail Support And Developer

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the retail sector.
- Resolving system issues, assisting with retail operations (POS, inventory, pricing), and offering system optimization guidance.
- Collaborating with technical teams, train users, create documentation, and monitor system performance.

- Key qualifications include experience with D365 for Retail, strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and ideally a D365 certification.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required during peak retail periods. Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and related reporting tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with other D365 modules like Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
