Job description / Role
• Managing over all production , packing , dispatch safety / hygiene of the factory
• Raw material control
• Production planning
• Dispatch control
• Customer complaint and satisfaction management
• Daily record maintenance
• Staff work control and planning
• Reporting to the managing director
Requirements
• MSc or bsc food technology/ dairy technology/ science degree
• Experience in Dairy production in UAE
