They are currently seeking to recruit a Data Analyst to complement their Talent Acquisition & HR team and managing the resource capacity across the business, both long and short-term.

The role also works in close coordination with the Finance Team to understand the staffing demands of the business, support people-related initiatives across the region and is highly analytical. You will constantly update the staffing model for individual projects to assess the availability and forecasting of staffing numbers required in the coming months and in addition, provide updated reports on demand in order to ensure accurate monitoring of staffing levels and individual’ s capabilities. As part of this role is highly reports driven it is expected that the individual will ensure standard templates are suitable and offer additional insights into the data provided. Therefore, this role requires highly accurate integrity of data at all times as you will be very much considered as the expert in all areas of staffing report generation for the business. Full support is also given to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and you will work closely on a daily basis together to gain broad exposure to the Talent function in this professional and fast paced environment. This role will suit an individual who enjoys working across multiple areas of the business; obtaining and analyzing information and combining it in an insightful way, to effectively communicate conclusions. You will be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, working autonomously or as part of the team. The role is highly administrative and communicative and hence, candidates must possess a strong command of the English language and must be able to support process change and improvement across the Talent Team.

Requirements

We are therefore seeking a candidate who is highly versatile and comfortable with the use of data based systems and generating reports and has highly advanced MS Office skills, especially with Excel (which must include pivot table and v-look up functions) and PowerPoint presentation capabilities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3-5 years of work experience within a professional services / multinational environment.
