We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Advanced knowledge of banking operations and terminologies.
• Analyze banking products and services to facilitate decision-making.
• Leverage analytical skills in enhancing core banking processes and digital journeys.
• Support banking analytics projects to drive business growth and innovation.
• Demonstrate mastery in Python and SQL for data manipulation, pipeline development, and scalable analytics.
• Expert in Power BI and other visualization tools, designing interactive dashboards and compelling visual narratives.
• Skilled in Azure/AWS, Docker, Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD), and serverless deployments.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.
• Establish documentation standards and collaborate across teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of AI models for predictive analytics and automation.
• Adhere to data governance and compliance standards in all data-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 4+ years of experience with strong expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Proven track record in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML), statistical analysis, DevOps practices, and data solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field required.

Development and Frameworks

• Strong in programming with Python, SQL.
• Strong in building dashboards using Power BI.

Data Processing

• Strong knowledge in data manipulation, capable of handling large and complex datasets with efficiency and precision.
• Implements scalable data processing pipelines for diverse analytics needs.
• Develops data pre-processing and transformation workflows.

AI/ML

• Familiar with statistical techniques.
