Own the data strategy end-to-end: from standards and governance to advanced analytics that power day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will make sure the right data exists, is trusted, and is actually used, then push into predictive and optimisation use cases.

Description

* Set the strategy: Define the analytics roadmap and data standards for an enterprise manufacturing environment.
* Build the backbone: Integrate operational and asset data into centralised platforms for real-time visibility and control.
* Predict & prevent: Develop and scale models for reliability, lifecycle, and throughput optimisation.
* Make it usable: Align instrumentation and data collection to business outcomes; ship dashboards/alerts people rely on.
* Raise the bar: Drive data quality, consistency, security, and access across systems and teams.
* Change the culture: Champion digital tools and ways of working so insights become part of everyday decisions.

* Bachelor's in Data/Engineering/Computer Science (or similar).
* 5-7 years hands-on analytics with industrial/domain-specific platforms.
* Proven leadership of cross-functional data projects in complex environments.
* Strong Python/R/SQL and experience with predictive analytics/ML ops in production.
* Clear communicator who can translate technical detail into business impact.
* Solid grasp of data governance, security, and relevant regulatory standards.
