* Lead data-driven transformation projects across shared support services (HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, etc.).
* Influence key decision-makers through clear, data-backed recommendations.
* Utilise strong domain knowledge in shared services to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
* Manage reporting and analytics functions, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
* Guide technology adoption and integration into strategic initiatives.
* Oversee teams, ensuring data strategies align with overall business objectives.
