Data Control & Tender Manager

Job description / Role

- Ensure timely delivery of tenders and offers
- Supervise all tenders prepared
- Monitoring of data entries in the company database
- Monitoring the quotations both technically, commercially and legally
- Communicating with suppliers on both technical and commercial requirements as and when required
- Preparing the price lists in accordance with company policy in the supplier price list
- Receiving the leads from suppliers and circulating leads data to country managers, etc.
- Checking customer portals (KFSH)
- Ensure communication is carried out smoothly across the relevant functions of the company
- Prepare reports on a regular basis

Requirements

- A graduate of Bachelor of Chemistry, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering or any Bachelor of Science degree with a similar discipline
- Proficiency in general computer skills
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM
- Punctual, professional, able to lead a team and delegate tasks
- Pleasant and presentable
- Must be proficient in English - reading and writing
- Arabic is preferable
- Experience in handling analytical and life science business is preferable
