Job description / Role

Key tasks
- Update promptly and correctly all guest data (check in and check out) in the HEIS online system.
- Follow the FO procedures linked to the HEIS system.
- Inform promptly the Assistant Manager or FOM whenever there are issues either with the system or with the data collected by the reception team.
- Make a follow up with guest and Front office team if the data given for the in house guests are not correct.
- Control that the system is always updated at the beginning and during every shift (AM, PM and night).
- In charge of filing all guest data after update in the HEIS system.
- Handle all internal inquiries over the phone.

- Level of Education Associate Areas of study Hospitality Professional experiences 1 to 2 years Languages essential Arabic, English
- Essential and optional requirements
- Computer Literate - can type in Arabic
- Opéra
