Data Entry Operator

Job description / Role

We are seeking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company database. The Data Entry Operator's responsibilities include collecting and entering data and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

We have a directory of companies in UAE and we validate their information ( phone-email-website etc.), and we are verifying our data to ensure the accuracy.

In This Role, You Will:
• Insert company's data by inputting text from source documents within time limits.
• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
• Processing and finalizing
• Attention to detail
• Updating customer records to ensure the most up-to-date information is available in our systems
• Interacting and communicating with team members across various lines of the business

Requirements

Requirements:
• Previous data entry/administrative experience
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Computer literacy and data entry skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves
• Bachelor’s degree
• Computer Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred in a construction company
