Job description / Role
Our client is a global leader in professional services and has a presence in over fifty cities twenty six countries. The Dubai head office is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support the Dubai Partner Group with expenses, marketing initiatives, CRM data maintenance/updates. The successful candidate will also work as a Team Assistant in providing Partner support when needed and other ad hoc requests.
Key responsibilities include expense reconciliation, preparing expense reports for the Partner group, client marketing support by leading in email distribution of client marketing initiatives or communications, CRM maintenance, updating client contact and company profiles and ensuring accuracy of information for firm use.
Requirements
There will also be back up team support to the Partners when needed, to Executive Assistants that are on leave including daily administration, calendaring and travel arrangements. Additionally, the Data Entry Specialist would be called upon for ad hoc firm or project related activities e.g. event coordination; marketing mailing and research, vacation coverage, etc.
