Employment: Full Time

The Dealer Manager role is the key relationship manager with Business Partners in region, including Distributors and Sub-Dealers. Working in partnership with the Commercial Director, the selected candidate will implement effective business strategies to support the growth of our market share through dealers in a sustainable and ethical mode.

Description

* Support Dealer Rebate calculations
* Monitor dealer inventory levels (working capital focus)
* Support dealers within areas of responsibility
* Obtain, review and evaluate tenders and large orders, ensuring market relevance, delivery and profitability
* Implement promotions to encourage usage within area of responsibility
* Ability to apply the sales process to dealer arrangements, resulting in both sales and profit targets being met or exceeded in a sustainable manner
* Promote the company within the area of responsibility, ensuring dealer sales teams, have the information and tools to encourage end user pull through
* Presentations and negotiations at high level with OPLs/ KOLs, University / MOH heads of departments

Requirements

* 7 years in Sales and Commercial experience in a similar role
* Experience selling capital equipment essential
* Proven success and ability to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field
* Business Background and Analytics and relationships
* MBA / Business Degree
* Strong excel skills
