Dealer Network Enhancement Manager – Automotive Business (French Speaking)

Job description / Role

• Mid/South Africa Training/CS Management (Sales/Service - Tech and Non-Tech)
• Establish Training Strategy
• Delivery TTT (Train the Trainer) Training
• Plan/Manage/Develop Training based on training demand in the region
• Manage/Analyze/Report Customer Satisfaction (SSI/CSI)
• Follow up and support CS Improvement activities

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: car + bonus + family benefits

Requirements

• More than 7 years automotive experience in training (Sales/Service)
• Fluency in French language
