Charterhouse is working with a well-established university based in Dubai who is looking to hire an experienced individual to join its academic programme department as the Dean of Admissions/Academic Affairs, where a team of eight will report directly into you and you will report into the Programme Director.

As Dean of Admissions/Academic Affairs, you will lead the academic programme department, focusing on the planning and development of academic programmes, ensuring the unit has strategic direction as well as people and systems in place.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have previous experience in an academic leadership role in a university/student services capacity. UAE experience is essential in the candidate’s most recent role. A Degree or Doctorate from a higher educational institution is also required. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced candidate who is interested in pursuing their next position within the education field in Dubai.
