Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a high calibre Debt Capital Markets Associate, with c. 2- 4 PQE in DCM work, gained at a UK, US or Australian law firm. The role will be to join its existing small team, playing a key role in relation to high profile issues, transactions and interacting with clients.
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner, working on a broad range of DCM matters, from corporate and government bond issues to transactional matters for a range of clients from multi-national corporations, financial institutions, government entities and funds.
The successful candidate should be a qualified Solicitor, with demonstrable post qualification debt capital markets experience gained at a legal directories recognised law firm, ideally with experience in the UAE. There is an interest an individual who is client facing, ambitious to develop their career and able take a lead role on matters.
