Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an international law firm with an exceptional MENA region presence across the capital markets sector. Working under a globally recognised Partner, you will be part of a team in a practice with an outstanding existing client base. The practice is undergoing a period of expansion; using your well-developed debt capital market skills alongside your previous experience in general finance, you will assist in the growth of the capital market area.

Requirements

Key requirements:

- The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 years PQE.
- Well-developed debt capital market skills (ideally, 2-3 years DCM experience) coupled with experience in general finance.
- Either UK, Australia, New Zealand or US educated at one of the top institutions and have completed training at a Magic Circle or Top Tier firm.
- Preferably admitted to practice in the UK, Australia or the US, however, our client will consider applications from elsewhere, particularly if you have regional GCC experience.
