Job description / Role
In a contractual role of six months, we are looking for a “Debt Collector” to join our growing team and serve our prestigious client. JD, skill set and other requirements are as under:
Job Description
- Perform account reconciliations
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate age analysis
- Visit customers, and recover the outstanding dues
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
- Carry out collection and reporting activities according to deadlines
Requirements
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good Excel skills
- 2-4 years of A/R management/Debt collection experience
- Proficiency in English and well presentable
