Delivery Consultants & 360 Consultants

Job description / Role

Due to high growth across a number of coverage areas, which include Technology, Sales & Marketing and Financial Services Charterhouse Middle East, we are looking to further expand our market share across the Middle East . For these roles we are looking to hire either 180/270 consultants that are focused on delivery as well as client management but also looking to step up to move to a 360 role. We are ideally looking for consultants that are on the ground in the Middle East or are able to relocate before the end of 2025.

To be considered for this role, you will be someone with an ethical, consultative, value driven approach combined with an in-depth knowledge of either Financial Services, Marketing or Technology with a successful track record within recruitment. You will be someone that is comfortable sourcing candidates, market mapping, dealing with stakeholders as well as having the ability to work in a fast paced environment. A thorough knowledge of the technical and non-technical requirements that the market dictates coupled with a professional, driven, innovative and entrepreneurial approach are an absolute must.
