Synopsis

This role reports to the senior portfolio manager and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives within a defined operational sub-domain. The delivery manager will oversee the sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers, manage implementation of key operational systems, and ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires flexibility in delivery approach using waterfall and agile methodologies where appropriate, running structured projects where appropriate, while also applying agile practices for iterative or cross-functional initiatives. Beyond managing scope, budget, and quality, the delivery manager will drive business value realisation, act as the focal point between stakeholders and suppliers, and ensure the delivered solution is sustainable, safe, and fit for operations.
