Delivery/Program Manager - Payments / Acquiring / Operations / Client Delivery

Job description / Role

Our client, one of the Middle East's leading payment solutions providers, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Delivery/Program Manager to take control and lead the delivery of their payment initiatives in their Dubai HQ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, coordination and oversight of all the initiatives of their customer project portfolio, while leading/guiding a team of Project Managers/Solution Architect's to facilitate delivery execution and product solution.

Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver payment solutions in accordance with client business objectives, in order to achieve client business outcome
* Responsible for all service provision requests from client, acting as a single point of contact for Sales, Solution Design, Project Management team and external vendors
* Manage all aspects of Merchant Acquiring solutions, including Merchant Management, Terminal Management, Transaction Processing and Integration
* Facilitate delivery execution from a technical, business and operational perspective
* Work alongside Product Managers/Analysts to define product roadmap, understanding customer needs, to deliver client initiatives
* Lead a team of Project Managers, providing day-to-day guidance and dynamic planning management for multiple projects concurrently
* Manage all vendor and stakeholder engagement, while defining a clear stakeholder map
* Manage all platform migrations, transitions and upgrades

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

* Extensive experience within the cards & payments domain, with a heavy focus on the Acquiring side of the business
* Program/delivery management experience, with a strong background in Project Management
* The ability to manage, mentor and guide a team of Project Managers and Solution Architects.
* Process-orientated with the ability to manage the full cycle of multiple projects concurrently
* The ability to manage the client from CEO across both business and technical teams
* Strong written and oral English communication skills
* Bachelors degree in relevant technical field
* PMP or Prince2 Project Management certification
