Job description / Role
Our client, a multinational Luxury Fashion Retail conglomerate is seeking Demand and Supply Manager. The role is to be based in Dubai.
The successful Demand and Supply Manager will have prior experience within a Luxury Retail or Fashion industry.
The Demand and Supply Manager will:
* Manage the outsourced services
* Lead accurate supply plans, matching clients demand needs and expectationg
* Control and improve the sales forecasting, oversee seasonality campaign roll-outs
* Set appropriate management by indicators using balanced scorecard to gather, follow-up and analyze KPIs
* Improve projects aiming to further develop the logistics performance at the upstream, regional and downstream level
* Control input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products and product phase-outs
* Guarantee product availability in the warehouse to get the best customer service level while maintaining a healthy stock level
Requirements
* Exceptional communicator and interpersonal skilled is highly desirable
* Strong logistics experience from a Luxury-Retail industry
* Degree holder with significant logistics experience
* Must be a French speaker
