Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role is both strategic and tactical. We need your creativity in ideating new programs( partnerships, events, and campaigns) and your attention to detail in project managing the program from start to finish. If you love juggling multiple balls while thoughtfully communicating and working with many teammates to bring a program to life, you’ll thrive in this role.

In this role, a strong knowledge of the demand generation programs will be necessary to coordinate and execute campaign designs and follow-up, along with experience in campaign development and lead management. The role will also partner and collaborate with Product Management, Sales and other Business Unit leads. This position reports to our CEO in our Dubai office.

Responsibilities
- Build an elite enterprise demand generation engine.
- Create and run integrated demand gen programs, including events, webinars, and online campaigns to drive net new leads.
- Developing partnerships with leading investment companies, Free Zones, Career Fairs, leading conferences/exhibitions and other strategic players across the Middle East
- Plan and host offline events to deepen relationships with customers and attract local prospects.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team by listening to them and empowering them with the programs and assets they need.
- Continually analyze and measure campaign/events/partnerships performance and modify structure to optimize results, maximize engagement and drive revenue generation
- Understand and keep up with industry trends that impact and highlight customer pain points to help target messaging and activities
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements

Education
- Bachelor's Degree, business administration or related field

Required Skills and Qualifications
- You are experienced in creating and implementing programs with a strong aptitude for project management, and you also have a knack for designing repeatable programs.
- You have a successful record of building meaningful relationships with key partners, including customers.
- Experience leveraging email, video, webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, blogs, social media and press as strategic channels to promote campaign programs and events
- You are a self-starter who has the ability to juggle multiple, demanding initiatives concurrently.
- Professional B2B demand generation experience with proven track record, preferably with a SaaS company
- Passion for startups and the technology industry.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Aggressively self-driven individual.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS business within GCC
- Hubspot Certified is a plus
