Position Title: Demi Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.7K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus duty meals and tips
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The company is an international food and beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.
Job Description:
• Prepares, cooks, and presents dishes within the designated section and specialty
• Assists the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef in improving and creating dishes and menus
• Participates in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
• Controlling food stock and food cost in the sections
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male / Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in the same field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from casual/semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Professional certificates will be an advantage
