Position Title: Demi Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on your experience and qualifications plus tips, service charge, and duty meals
Job Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the client:
A well known high end casual restaurant that serves Mediterranean inspired dishes.
Job Description:
• Support the station commis in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies.
• Ensure the use of station recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations.
• Ensure that the materials are available and on line in timely a timely manner
• Monitor and control waste in the station while working in optimum quality and speed
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine
