Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, duty meal and uniform

About the Client:
A casual dining restaurant known for its modern American cuisine and specialty dishes in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and baked goods.
• Support junior pastry staff, ensuring smooth and efficient pastry operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the pastry section.
• Monitor inventory and communicate pastry ingredient needs to the Chef de Partie.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 32 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role preferably from a continental cuisine
• Open to home country experience
