Dental Insurance Coder

Job description / Role

- Verifying the patient’s health insurance benefits over the phone, verbally and or email to explain the insurance benefits covering dental services of patients as per requests
- Entering CPT codes data using dental practice management software then generating reports for reference on file
- Posting payments made by patients as well as refund requests
- Following up on non-paid insurance claims to manage late payments and overdue accounts
- Uploading completed insurance verification forms and monitoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies

Requirements

- Open to Filipino and Indian nationals
- up to 40 years old and below
- At least 1 year’ experience in the same role
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
