Position Title: Dental Lab Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 20,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading dental healthcare providers in Dubai with five branches that offers high quality dental care.

Job Role:
- Oversee work flow and daily operations of the team
- Act as the leader for technicians, able to motivate and train
- Inspect cases to ensure completion to Quality Standards
- Responsible for ensuring the daily production requirements are met by personally completing cases
- Control inventory within the laboratory and be aware of supply usage, waste, and opportunity for improvements and savings
- Stay abreast of new products and processes
- Ensure all proper safety and preventative maintenance procedures are completed

Requirements

Requirements:
- Male/Female, 40 years and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Must have valid DHA License as Dental Technician
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial role
- Strong background in latest dental products and technology used in the lab
- Excellent communication skills in English
