Job description / Role
Department Manager up to 12K AED for an Investment Group in Abu Dhabi
• Provide leadership and drive retail sales, profitability and customer experience in line with the overall business objectives brand specific requirements of the Retail division, and assist in the definition of brand portfolio strategies for the division.
• Support the Commercial Head in developing and implementing a comprehensive business and brand portfolio strategy for the luxury multi-brand concept.
Requirements
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 34 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury brand as Boutique Manager/Supervisor or Senior Sales capable of handling a small team
• Knowledgeable in Business Development, Retail Operations and people development
• Oversees the staff and implement strategies to increase productivity
• Can conduct training and seminars to motivate and build the skills of their team members
• Must have pleasing personality
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Can join immediately or 1 month maximum
• Work Location: Abu Dhabi
• Work timing as per mall hours (48 hours or 6 days per week)
Salary up to 12,000 AED in full package depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions
