Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious luxury brand who is looking to hire a Department Manager to join its team in the Mall of the Emirates store.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a constant focus on brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge, and passion for the brand across the store team. You will be a presence leading on the shop floor, acting as a Brand Ambassador and role modeling the brand behaviors. You will monitor, coach and provide feedback to the store team to deliver excellent customer experience. You will also maintain a luxury environment, ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines across the store.
The successful candidate should hold a minimum of 3 years sales experience in luxury fashion, having held a Department Manager or Senior Sales position. Arabic speaking skills will be a plus.
