Deputy General Manager - Middle East and East Africa
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed Deputy General Manager to work for a leading international shipping line.
As Deputy General Manager, you will focus on providing operational and commercial support across the Middle East and East Africa
* Provide day-to-day operational support to agencies in the region
* Supervising shipping agent performance in the region
* Support developing client and agent relationships in the region
* Providing support for sales and marketing activities
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus housing, transportation, and health insurance
Requirements
* Minimum of 8 years experience in the container shipping industry
* Previous experience working in the Middle East is advantageous
* Previous experience working in Africa is advantageous
* Strong operational shipping experience
* Commercial understanding
