Job Description:
• Develop strategies for market penetration, sales growth, and network expansion as well as lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team to achieve organizational success.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Drive brand and marketing initiatives while ensuring excellence in customer engagement.
• Champion quality, compliance, and operational standards across all locations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with solid understanding of Operations, Marketing and Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as General Manager; with at least 10 years of leadership experience spanning Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations within the F&B and QSR industries
• Must have extensive experience in Sales Forecasting, Budgeting, Profitability Management, Financial Analysis, Network Development, and Business Continuity Planning.
• Should have advanced-level training in profit management, financial analysis, marketing strategies, and business strategy development.

Salary:
AED 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
