Who are we looking for?

• Has at least 3 years of middle or senior leadership experience in secondary education.

• Is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of school improvement.
• Is an outstanding practitioner with deep expertise in academics, pastoral care, or curriculum.
• Leads with optimism, resilience, and a calm, creative approach to solving challenges—always maintaining a positive mindset and sense of humour.
• Is passionate about staff development, coaching, and fostering a culture of inquiry.
• Brings creative energy to curriculum innovation and student wellbeing.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing international setting.

Desirable extras:

• Experience in Dubai or similar international contexts.
• Higher qualifications (e.g. Master’s, NPQSL/NPQH).
• Familiarity with KHDA, DSIB, BSO inspections.
• Enthusiasm for action research, future-ready skills, and timetable innovation.
