Job description / Role
• Establish and manage ACL Trading LLC’s transshipment operations in Dubai.
• Set up core company infrastructure, including offices, IT systems, accounting software, bank accounts, and staffing.
• Lead the consolidation and transfer of trade accounts and operational functions to the Dubai office.
• Manage trading operations: payments, supplier documentation, and shipment logistics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (minimum).
• At least 5 years of experience in shipping, trade, or banking—with exposure to all three sectors.
Skills and Competencies:
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting packages and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills under multiple lines of authority.
Personality Traits:
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and personal stamina.
• Ambitious, persuasive, self-driven, and an active listener.
