Job description / Role

A leading medical clinic in Dubai is looking for a qualified Dermatologist to join its growing team. The role involves providing a wide range of dermatological services, including medical and cosmetic treatments. This is a commission-based opportunity with attractive earning potential depending on patient base (up to 80% share).

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat various skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and infections.
• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures including Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
• Offer preventive skin care advice and treatment plans for long-term conditions.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with DHA standards.
• Develop a loyal patient base through professional service and reputation.

• DHA license/eligibility as a Dermatologist.
• 3–5 years of experience in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology.
• Strong patient communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to attract and retain patients in Dubai’s competitive healthcare sector.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based structure.
