Design Architect

Job description / Role

• Manage and coordinate project and design activities aligned with the construction schedule.
• Oversee the distribution, control, and review of project drawings from the head office or external consultants.
• Develop and refine architectural and application projects, including detailing and presentations.
• Evaluate and ensure the feasibility and technical integration of construction drawings for production processes.
• Produce necessary project detail solutions and drawings.
• Coordinate and manage the superimposition of structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Manage the preparation and approval process of shop drawings from manufacturers.
• Contribute to estimation and bidding processes.
• Prepare As-Built drawings.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale, superstructure projects, specifically in a 'Design Office Architect' role on site.
• Proficiency in developing manufacturing details for superstructure projects and their implementation.
• Experience with As-Built and Shop Drawing production.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant professional software (SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills across architectural, interior design, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and a team player.
• Experienced in finishing works and decoration, with good material knowledge.
