Design Architect

Job description / Role

We are seeking a talented and visionary Design Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the creative design process, transforming client concepts into innovative architectural solutions that are both aesthetically compelling and functionally robust within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural designs in alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and meet regulatory standards.
- Conduct site evaluations and provide solutions to design challenges during all phases of the project.
- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technology to incorporate best practices.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and project teams to communicate design ideas effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; professional architectural licensing is an advantage.
- Proven 4 years experience as a Design Architect in the construction industry, preferably with projects based in the UAE or Middle East.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
