Design Associate

Job description / Role

We are currently hiring a Design Associate for a international Design Studio’s Dubai office. We are seeking a designer who has experience in working hospitality (4* & 5* Hotels) projects within the Middle East

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who will be involved in all design phases whilst overseeing multiple projects from start to finish and acting as main contact for the client. We are looking for a strong candidate who is already working with key hospitality operators within the region and can grow and develop the existing hospitallity team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to completion
- Management of project stakeholders
- Strong project management
- Supplier & vendor management

- 12 years of experience minimum
- Must have hotelier operator relationship
- Ideally already based in the UAE
- Interior Design or Architecture degree
- Key client managent

Salary:
- AED 31,000 to 40,000 dependent on experience per month + Benefits

Benefits:
- Hybrid working 1 / 2 days work from home
- Flexible work timings
- 25 days vacation + public holidays

Salary:
AED 32,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
