Design Director - Architecture

Job description / Role

Required to join an international engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will manage a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined design team developing relationships with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Developing innovative designs that respond to brief
- Present design ideas and design progress to the Client
- Providing design and technical leadership to projects
- Manage commercial and financial responsibilities on the projects
- Train and mentor staff

- A degree in Architecture
- 20+ years experience of design and managing international Architectural projects
- Experience in the UAE
- Excellent client facing skills
- Able to manage a multi-disciplined team
- Fluent in English

Salary:
AED 65,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
