Position Title: Design Document Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors.

Job Description:
• Handle all design and technical documents via Aconex; ensure proper filing and traceability of submissions and correspondences.
• Prepare complete operation and maintenance manuals, including updated supplier warranties, for project handover.
• Work with suppliers to collect and organize all warranty documents.
• Maintain and update the shop drawing log; track submissions, approvals, and follow-ups for timely revisions

• Open to Indian national, 40 years old and below; Male only
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in Design / Technical Document Control within the façade, construction, or engineering industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Aconex (mandatory). Proficient in MS Office and document tracking tools with ability to prepare professional correspondence and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
