Job description / Role
• Presenting design to new clients
• Space planning and design according to set program and budget
• Production and preparation of all project documentation throughout all stages, starting from initial concept document (mood boards, FF&E) up to construction documentation package
• Leading the appointed team of internal staff and exterior consultants on the projects
• Ensuring that all local standards are implemented
• Providing necessary technical supervision of the appointed team during all phases of the projects

Requirements
The design manager will be responsible for the production of all aspects of presentation material to the Client. The candidate should be capable of discussing the design brief with the client, producing preliminary designs, sketches and mood boards to present to the Client. Upon agreement on the general design principles, the candidate should be responsible for the full set of Interior design drawings, materials and layouts for the final approval of the Client. The candidate should have strong presentation skills and a strong competency in all forms of software related to interior design.
