We are seeking talented accounting experts who are aspiring a career in a highly-accelerated accounting team who have the strive to bring values to the group accounting team,

Our Design Manager is responsible for translating concept designs into technical requirements and preparing tender packs. Our Design Manager is also responsible for ensuring contractors’ adherence to project design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Tendering:

• Receive initial designs/RFPs from brands
• Review concept designs developed by team (where applicable)
• Ensure receipt of necessary mall approvals and MEP technical drawings
• Review construction drawings and finalize them
• Lead the development of the tender pack and submit to contracts

Project Monitoring:

• Overlook and guide the full project from a design point of view (selection of materials, technical solutions, etc.)
• Conduct frequent site visits and ensure construction team adherence to project design specifications
• Generate weekly reports on project progress both internally (3D) and externally (to clients)
• Represent the Brand as a local architect; implement and protect Brand identity

Project Delivery:

• Report on the SNAGS to contractors and ensure they addressed on time

Business Development and Relationship Management:

• Maintain a good working relationship with malls’ managements
• Manage client relationships and assist them on any design queries
• Scout for new suppliers and contractors and update vendor database
• Meet potential new clients and follow-up on leads

Team Management:

• Develop a team of designers; ensure knowledge transfer, guide their career growth and professional development within 3D
• University Degree in Architecture/ AutoCAD/ MS Projects
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
