Job description / Role
My client is one of the most renowned global design firms currently involved on a number of exciting projects within Hospitality, Mixed-Use and Residential sectors.
As part of their continued development, they have recently been awarded a number of projects and are looking to help support the continued growth of the business.
One of their urgent is requirements is a Design Manager in Dubai. We are looking for candidates with proven track records of involvement in projects from concept to completion.
Key Activities (But not limited to):
• Responsible for managing and delivering projects from concept to completion.
• Leading the Architectural team on multiple projects
• Preparing and/or reviewing preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
• Responsible for achieving the objective of the practice in delivering excellent Architecture & Engineering designs within budget and time.
• Mentoring and guiding professional development of Architects within the practice
Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience within Architecture or PM
• Must have a Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture (Master’s degree highly desirable)
• Must be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of various projects
• Must have knowledge of local codes & International Building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite Programs
• Good leadership and communication skills
