Design Manager

Job description / Role

Are you an experienced Design Manager who wants to join a recognisable and sort-after developer in Dubai?

Our client is an established developer in the UAE who is currently looking to expand their pre-concept and concept teams due to large luxury international projects they have recently taken on.

At the moment they are open to all ranges of experience, however, you must be strong in your ideas and knowledgeable in Revit.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate management of design delivery for assigned projects.
- Monitoring / managing scope changes, and obtaining timely approvals from higher management; and change requests by consultants
- Manage the preparation of Tender Documents (Main and Nomination Packages), and ensure proper management through Protender.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday

Requirements

Previous experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience 
- GCC / UAE experience (advantage but not essential)

Specialist knowledge:
- Proficient in Revit / BIM
- Experience working on projects to include high-rise buildings, hospitality and large-scale residential buildings

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Strong teamworking, relationship-building and influencing skills
- Confident communicator

Language Fluency:
- English
