Design Manager

Job description / Role

Seeking a capable Design Manager to manage a 190 Million AED Multi Storey Car Park. Situated on a tight postage stamp location with logistical challenges and tight access.

- Project will involve bulk excavation, piling , concrete slab and fast track Pre Cast Concrete. 2 Basement Levels + 8 Above ground to form the super structure
- Reporting into the Senior Project Manager & Group Design Manager. You will have past experiences to lean into helping you to gain success on site.
- Do you have a track record on relevant projects for reputable MAIN CONTRACTORS in the United Arab Emirates.
- Manage design coordination and change , liaising with architect, consulting engineer and end client. Can you remove risk and issues to ensure that key program dates are hit and success is achieved

- Experience working for a reputable Buildings Main Contractor in the UAE as a Design Manager
- Strong communication skills demonstrated from the off
- Clear experience handling self delivery elements & pre-cast. Can you delve into the technical detail needed
- Managed projects worth 200+ million AED as no1 Lead Design Manager
- Degree Qualified – 10 years post graduate
- Strong technical awareness and understanding of the clients, rules, regulations and supply chain in the UAE
- Able to start before the 20th Of December 2024 Latest.

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
