Mixed use, high rise residential and hospitality developments
Our client is a major international Architecture and Engineering Consultancy with an excellent reputation throughout the Middle East. Due to continued expansion within the Region and several new project awards, a requirement has arisen for a Design Manager from an Architecture background to join its team based in Dubai.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on large scale mixed use developments and high rise towers – residential and hospitality and will be responsible for managing external consultants as well as in-house professionals.
Requirements
- Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Architecture
- A proven track record working in Architecture with career progression into Design Management
- Must have been involved in all stages of the design process from concept right through to construction
- Exposure to projects synonymous with the Middle East market – large scale hospitality and community developments
- Proven and stable track record working with reputable international design firms and / or must have experience working on the client side
- Previous experience working in Middle East is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of the role.
