Design Manager (Client Side)

Job description / Role

My client, an established Developers in Dubai is seeking a Design Manager to support the Director of Development and the Director of Construction in the smooth running of Projects .

The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, a self-starter, methodical and have a excellent all round approach to work with local UAE experience within Design Management. The role will be assisting in the early stages of designs through to delivery. You could come from a Architecture background with experience in Consultancy/ Contractors or client side.

- Soft costs
- Utility requirements
- Managing pre-concept options
- Assess, negotiate and appoint consultant teams
- Identify, prepare scopes of work, and issue RFP's to consultants
- Monitor design at all stages to ensure project feasibility is maintained
- Partake in value engineering during design and tender

Requirements

- Be degree educated from a reputable university - Architecture
