Design Manager - Corporate Interiors

Job description / Role

Engage Selection are recruiting on behalf of a large family group of companies who are looking to appoint a new Design Manager to join the internal corporate team. The successful candidate will manage the designs of any internal projects such as new/refurbished offices, commercial properties or properties that are part of the companies large residential portfolio. You must be able to handle the entire project life cycle from initial concept design through to execution and as such must be able to manage the contractors on site.

Requirements

- At least 5 years relevant experience in the UAE in a design architect role
- Capable in AutoCAD/Revit in 3D Design
- Degree educated in a relevant subject
- Able to manage the full project life cycle, managing contractors to execute the design and handover the project on time
- Capable of working with internal client at executive level and above to deliver the projects
