Job description / Role
We are looking for a Design Manager - HVAC / Air Conditioning for our client in UAE. You will be responsible to lead and develop an effective and robust process from design point of view.
You will be responsible to:
* Work with teams to standardise construction of air conditioning / HVAC equipment.
* Provide data to his team for raw materials required for production of air conditioners like coils, piping, steel structures.
* Guide his team to perform structural strength analysis.
* Manage projects from planning through implementation, while creating new products as required.
* Enhance design of existing products.
* Optimise and reduce manufacturing costs.
*Track competitor products.
*Implement new technology for design teams.
Requirements
You will have strong experience and knowledge of constructing and designing HVAC / air conditioner equipment. While leading a huge team of 20, you will be responsible to mentor them, guide them and train them. Of course, you will be a Mechanical / Industrial Engineer, with experience in 3D design software like Autodesk Inventor, structural strength analysis & piping layouts experience.
