Design Manager Landscaping

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Design Manager – Landscaping to lead and manage the full cycle of landscape design development — from concept to execution — for high-end landscape and infrastructure projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will come from a pure landscaping design background with proven experience in managing design teams and coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and development for landscape, hardscape, softscape, and irrigation projects.
• Manage the design process from concept, schematic, and detailed design to IFC stage.
• Coordinate with project, construction, and procurement teams for seamless design execution.
• Review and ensure compliance with design standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Supervise and mentor landscape designers and draftsmen.

• Bachelor’s or master’s in landscape architecture / civil engineering.
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in landscape design management in the UAE/Gulf.
• Proven background with leading landscaping companies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design, irrigation, horticulture, hardscape, and softscape detailing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
