Oliver Wyman is now looking to recruit a designer to join our Middle-East office and be part of our IMEA (India Middle East Africa) team. The role will be based out of the Dubai office.

Please note: Proficiency in the Arabic language is essential.

Job overview

Be part of Oliver Wyman's in-house creative hub in Dubai. As a designer, you'll work on diverse projects spanning editorial, digital, and motion design, developing your skills across multiple disciplines. You'll collaborate with senior team members to bring creative concepts to life, contributing to storyboards and helping execute compelling visual narratives. Working alongside specialized teams, you'll gain exposure to various aspects of creative production, from initial concept development to final delivery. This role offers unique opportunities to grow your technical and creative abilities while working on global projects within our international in-house creative team.

Responsibilities

• Execute designs across various mediums
• Collaborate with global team members
• Maintain brand consistency in all work
• Contribute to creative brainstorming
• Support senior team members in project delivery

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a design role
• Strong portfolio showing creative potential
• Strong knowledge of design principles and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
• Eagerness to learn and grow
