Designer (Interiors & Landscape)

Job Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 10k (All in)

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Designer / Projects Manager for an immediate start. The candidate will be responsible for the design & execution of various mid end to high end interior & landscape projects.

IMMEDIATE start required.

You will be responsible for a number of projects across Dubai, focused on interior fitting out & landscape work.

Key Responsibilities
Interior & Landscape Designer:
• Creating and presenting interior & landscape design concepts as per client requirements
• Creating staffing requirements and schedules to complete projects
• Using software to design, sketch, and provide presentations and drawings of proposed projects
• Working with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria
• Understanding project schedules
• Developing documentation

Role in General:
• Project Management
• Construction programming for various projects.
• Overall delivery responsibility for multiple fitout and refurbishment projects
• Procurement planning and scheduling.
• Able to train and lead the team.
• Project Reporting & Daily Accomplishment
• Daily Site visits to verify progress
• Meet with the client to discuss the expectations for the project, the wants and needs then make appropriate suggestions
• Business Development
• CEO office coordination
• Coordination for Procurement team for material orders.

• Able to work with a new start up (Around 4 years old company)
• 4-5 years experience as Interior Architecture for commercial and residential projects.
• 4-5 years experience as Project Management for commercial and residential projects.
• 4-5 years experience in landscape projects.
• Must able to do quality rendering and elevation drawings.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai market including sub contractors.
• Ability to communicate with peers, sub contractors and clients
• You should have plenty of initiative and be goal-oriented keen to work as a team and have the drive to get things done.
• Ambitious for career development and progression.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
